Loaded Mac n Cheese Sliders

Ingredients

16 frozen White Castle ® cheese sliders (cheeseburger)

12 pieces of bacon

1 tbs brown sugar

1 box elbow macaroni, cooked

2 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

1 cup heavy whipping cream

2-3 large avocados, sliced

to taste tapatio

Directions

1. Preheat oven to °375F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lay down bacon.

2. In a small bowl, whisk Tapatio and sugar together until well combined. Brush each bacon slice with Tapatio mixture. Place in oven and bake until crispy. About 10-12 minutes.

3. In a pot, heat heavy whipping cream on medium high. Once hot, pour in macaroni and cheddar. Stir until creamy and cheese has melted. Salt and pepper to taste.

4. Heat cheeseburgers according to package directions. Place cheeseburgers on a serving platter and layer macaroni and cheese, bacon and avocado inside each slider. Serve immediately.
